First impressions are the key to any sale

• Ensure any external repairs are carried out
• ensure the windows are clean
• gardens should be trim and tidy
• fix door handles, windows, latches and creaking doors and floors
• make sure your street number is clearly displayed near the front door
• access to the Front Door should be clear and welcoming
• your home should be clean and uncluttered
